You can start a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

•⁠ ⁠Damaged or faulty
•⁠ ⁠In the same condition as when it arrived
•⁠ ⁠In its original packaging

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. To return an item, please email anairastyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +974 51190896 within 2 days of receiving your order with details. If we approve the return, we will send you a confirmation and return authorization form outlining the process. If the return is due to our error, we commit to refunding the price of the returned products in cash. You can then send the package back to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Anaira Style is not responsible for return shipping costs. Returning an item will require our delivery team to collect it from you, which incurs an additional delivery fee that is non-refundable.
